Administrator – Multi-Disciplined Construction Group

COO Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a Multi-Disciplined Construction Group which is made up of 5 division with offices in Central London and Dartford, Kent. Our client work across a variety of sectors including Structural works, Complex Demolition, Main Contract Build and Environmental services.

They have a requirement for a full-time Administrator for their HSEQ division based at their Dartford office. See below for details on the role:
Duties to include:
  • Providing Admin support for MD and Contracts Managers
  • Answering and redirecting Telephone calls
  • Maintaining Enquiry Database
  • Opening Job Files
  • Filing Job Completion Paperwork
  • Maintaining Personal Monitoring and Exposure Records
  • Timesheets – Booking Medicals and Face fits
  • Placing Orders with suppliers
  • Maintain Holiday & Sickness records
  • Daily Headcounts
  • Booking Site Audits
  • Keeping logs of waste / skip notes, air testing carried out
  • At least 2 year’s Construction Administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate in Word and Excel is essential.
  • Have strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
The salary for this role is dependent on experience and will pay up to £28K with added company benefits.
